Policy:
If you are going to cancel, change or reschedule your appointment I ask if you can please let me know 48hrs in advance that way I am able to reschedule your spot.
After 24hrs you will be charged 50% of your service. If you No Show you will be charged 100% of your service and will not be able to rebook with me. Please make sure you are on time if you are more than 15 minutes late I won't be able to gurantee you your full service as scheduled.
As much as I love doing hair this is a business and how I pay for my salon and personal bills.
